All Wamu products are covered by 24 month guarantee from the date of purchase. We don’t accept claims due to stains, improper care (product maintenance), or when simply worn out. Read carefully our recommendations on maintenance and before sending any goods to us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
For goods that we conclude to be faulty due to production defect, we will either replace the item or fix the damage. If not fixable, the defective items must be returned in order to get the replacement. Repair will always be the first option looked at.
