We founded WAMU in 2022 with a clear vision: to create truly unique outdoor and functional clothing that combines high-quality materials, thoughtful cuts, and exceptional design.
We believe that high-quality outdoor clothing should withstand many adventures, perform flawlessly, and bring joy through its design. That is why we dedicate hundreds of hours of work to every collection – from initial concepts and pattern development to material selection and thorough quality control.

Our product designs are not created by simply choosing pre-printed fabric off the bolt. We design each collection from scratch so that the patterns align perfectly with the cut of every product.
Individual panels of our jackets, trousers, and other garments have their own graphic layout crafted precisely for that specific cut and size. Thanks to this, patterns flow seamlessly across the entire item, giving the final design a harmonious and well-considered look.
Designing each collection is a demanding and time-consuming process. Every size requires its own graphic preparation to preserve proper proportions and appearance regardless of size.
This exact design approach sets WAMU apart from most brands that sew using standard pre-printed fabrics. The result is unique collections with sophisticated designs that carry distinct character and are instantly recognizable.

Quality matters to us at every stage. From the very first design and material selection to final production, we carefully oversee every detail to ensure that each product meets our high standards for quality, functionality and workmanship.

We have been active in the market since 2012.
Our first brand was Petit Lulu – a modern cloth nappy brand that we founded and successfully developed for many years. Through this experience, we gained extensive expertise in textile product development, quality management and building a successful international brand.
In 2025, we handed Petit Lulu over to new owners. This allows us to fully focus on what we enjoy most today – developing the WAMU brand, creating new products and original collections, and continuously improving quality.
Today, we devote all our experience, time and energy exclusively to WAMU.
We thoroughly test all WAMU products and continuously improve them based on feedback from our customers.
